Welcome to Day 1 of our magical Disneyland Paris adventure! 🎢✨
We kicked off our trip with an early ferry ride out of Dover on a wet and windy day. After a few hours on the road, we finally arrived at Disneyland Paris around 4 PM and couldn’t wait to explore! Our first stop was Disney Studios Park where we checked out all the exciting construction and updates. We then made our way to the Ratatouille area to see what the food booths had to offer and decided on some delicious savoury crêpes. 🍽️ Next up, we experienced the Ratatouille ride, which is now in 2D, but still retains all its charm. After some browsing in the shops, we headed to our Airbnb to check in and freshen up.
In the evening, we returned to Disneyland Park for dinner at Château de la Marionette, the Pinocchio-themed quick service restaurant. The bratwurst hot dogs were a hit! 🌭 We had plans to ride Pirates of the Caribbean, but since it was down, we opted for a spooky visit to Phantom Manor. The highlight of the night was riding Big Thunder Mountain in the dark, followed by a fantastic journey on Star Tours with the new scenes. It was a fantastic first day filled with magic and adventure. Stay tuned for Day 2! 📸
